Cancellation Policy for
Karmachari
We understand that plans can change. Here’s
our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
1. Cancellation
by Customer:

More than
24 hours before the scheduled service: No cancellation fee will be charged.
o
Less than
24 hours before the scheduled service: A cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost will be charged.
o
Same day
cancellations: A cancellation fee of 50%
of the service cost will be charged.
2. Cancellation
by Karmachari:
o
If we need
to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will inform you at the earliest
convenience. In such cases, you will not be charged any cancellation fee and we
will work to reschedule the service at your convenience.
3. Rescheduling:
o
You can reschedule
your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.
